Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders within New Zealand. Please read this carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
Once your order is placed, we will process and dispatch it within the following timeframes:
- Standard orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Note: During peak periods (e.g. Christmas, sales events) processing times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any significant delays via email.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, your delivery address, and the courier service selected. You will be shown the exact shipping cost before you complete your purchase, no hidden fees.
We partner with trusted New Zealand couriers to ensure competitive rates and reliable delivery.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- North Island (urban): 1–2 business days
- South Island (urban): 2–3 business days
- Rural delivery (North and South Island): Add 1–2 additional business days
These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier capacity, adverse weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
4. Rural Delivery
We deliver to rural addresses throughout New Zealand. Please note:
- Rural delivery may incur an additional surcharge, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery to rural addresses typically takes 1–2 extra business days compared to urban areas.
- Please ensure your rural delivery address is entered correctly, including any RD number.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the courier's website.
If you have not received a tracking notification within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
6. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address at the time of ordering. Please note:
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address if the address was provided incorrectly at checkout.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
We take care to pack all orders securely. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost parcels.
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt for damaged items, and include photographs of the damage and packaging.
- We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 are not affected by this policy.
8. Public Holidays
We do not dispatch orders on New Zealand public holidays. Orders placed on or just before a public holiday will be processed on the next available business day. Delivery timeframes may be extended during public holiday periods.
